These beads are button-style, not actual buttons, however if you know how to make them work as buttons, go for it!

If you are a bead lover and jewelry maker, you might have an idea of what you can do with these. If strung normally the cap will face downwards. Get creative!

Why aren't they buttons? The shanks are wide. Almost as wide as the actually button cap. I'm not a seamstress but I think that means that they would slide out of a button hole very easily.

But they sure are pretty.
